Concept & Parquetry Pattern Design
From the rough sketches we make during the initial meeting, we begin the process of mapping out concepts. This is the stage where we nail down the exact details, including everything from sizes, timbers, and fabrics, right down to which specific colour and wax is to be applied. In this way we completely map out your vision and then use precise design technologies and manufacturing techniques applied by the skilled hands of world-class artisans to bring your dream to reality. So, when you are thinking about designing a beautiful coordinating parquetry sideboard, or a masterpiece Oak parquetry dining table perfect for family get-togethers, know that we have your concerns covered and managed.
Our speciality is parquetry design, and extra attention is spent on these intricate patterns – both traditional and contemporary – such as Chantilly, Checkerboard, and Chevron. All individual pieces are cut and sanded to precise measurements to ensure a perfect, seamless fit.

Customisation
We create wood furniture for individuals and as such we offer you many options for adding a personal touch to your pieces. With our expert skills and over 30 years experience in fine furniture craftsmanship and wood turning we can create unique customisations on leg and base shapes, and chair backs, to make something truly one-of-a-kind that encapsulates the elegance and flair of each home and client’s personal requirements.

Manufacturing & Polishing
Mark Alexander supervises the entire project, leading a team of professional artisans from the very beginning, right through to manufacturing and then finishing. Under their deft hands, each piece of hand-selected timber comes to life and reveals its true organic grain, texture, and colour.
To achieve unparalleled results – making the timber truly stand out and shine – we frequently use a traditional French polishing techniques and fine Italian coatings and waxes. It’s an intensive and time-consuming task that can take days to complete, but when we achieve the right depth, and complete it with the finest Italian wax, we guarantee it will sustain a beautiful lustre and sheen. Our process for designing these one-of-a-kind furniture pieces relies heavily on the expert judgement of our creative team and French-polisher, the quality finish is overseen personally by Mark Alexander.
The last step – after we complete manufacturing – is having it delivered to your home or office, with final placement in the desired location. Your bespoke furniture will soon feel as if it has always been a part of your history.
